The Surveyors Department is responsible for the care of Parsonages and other properties under the ‘Repair of Benefice Buildings Measure 1972’, which includes quinquennial building surveys and arranging for their repair or improvement by contract or by order. To supervise and administer such works of repair or improvement. Also, as part of the Church Repair Fund, we are responsible for the quinquennial building surveys of clergy houses and church halls.
