Celebrating our 300 year old bells

Three of the six bells at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Ash, are 300 years old this year.

We have chosen the weekend near our Patronal Festival, 23-25 June, for a weekend of celebrating.

Events include much ringing of the bells and visits up the Tower;  a Flower Festival with the theme of Bells, from Friday afternoon to Sunday at 4.00pm, ,

A visiting choir from Brittany, Les Arturiens;  members of the London Octave Choir and Ash School Choir will be joining Ash Church Choir in a concert of music and readings, mainly about bells, at 6.30pm on Saturday 24th.

The Patronal Festival Service will take place at 10.30 am on Sunday.

All events are free and we are looking f forward to welcoming many visitors to this beautiful old Church.

Ash Village will be holding a Fete in the field opposite on Saturday afternoon.
