Diocesan Employed Children, Youth and Family Minister Network

The Children and Young People Mission & Ministry Team facilitate the Diocesan Employed CYF Minister Network. These are children, young people and family ministers employed by the local parish church.

The Network gathers four to five times per year, including:

  • an annual day with Bishop Simon
  • an annual Commissioning and Licensing service of celebration
  • an annual retreat usually held jointly with Canterbury Diocese
  • several days of networking and CPD throughout the year

At this current time, these are being held virtually, for more information please email Sarah Cabella sarah.cabella@rochester.anglican.org

If you are a volunteer

There are also specific networking gatherings for the many children, young people and family volunteer leaders across the Diocese. These include:

  • the annual Commissioning and Licensing service of celebration
  • 'Thank you' afternoon teas held in each archdeaconry
  • networking sessions and Continuing Personal Development throughout the year.

At this current time, both of these networks are being held virtually, for more information please email Sarah Cabella sarah.cabella@rochester.anglican.orgNewsletters
