Curates in the Diocese of Rochester follow an Initial Ministerial Education 2 programme run jointly with the Diocese of Canterbury.
It aims to develop their skills in reflective practice alongside their work in a local parish with a training incumbent. Further information is set out in the Handbook for Training Incumbents and Assistant Curates.
