Bishop James Langstaff, has welcomed the announcement this week from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Southwark, that Bishop John Wilson, has been appointed as the Eleventh Archbishop of Southwark and successor to Archbishop Peter Smith.
Up until his appointment, Archbishop-Elect John Wilson had been an Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Westminster.
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Southwark covers the whole of Kent and so Bishop James, looks forward to meeting Archbishop-Elect John Wilson, in the future.
