We are currently seeking applicants to be seconded for Associate Archdeacon posts in each Archdeaconry. These posts are to provide support to the Archdeacon and work as their representative in various matters including pastoral issues, complaints, recruitment, meetings, and some project boards.
This role will be for an initial fixed period of three years and will be worked in conjunction with an existing parish incumbency (commitment to be agreed to accommodate current responsibilities). It is therefore important that applicants have the support of their PCC. For the successful applicants, the parishes in which they are located will be financially compensated.
