We are looking for a godly, Christ-dependent man to support the Vicar in the preaching and leadership of the church. A key part of the role is leading the training strategy to equip church members in their ministry and overseeing a number of ministry areas.
We are a church family of 520 (380 adults) and offer a warm welcome to those who want to join us on Sundays and mid-week. We are supported by a team of full and part time staff.
St John’s Tunbridge Wells is a complementarian conservative evangelical church in the Church of England.
This is a senior full-time appointment with incumbent-level stipend & house.
Applicants should be available to commence the role in September 2026, must have right to work in the UK, and will need an enhanced DBS check.
