St Francis Church, Strood is entering an exciting new season of mission and growth. They are seeking to appoint a Missional Leader – Youth and Young Adults to help shape the next chapter of their life together.

This is a pioneering role at the heart of our missional vision, working with:

Local schools – supporting RE, assemblies, and after-school clubs
Youth ministry – leading weekly SFS Youth and developing discipleship pathways
Young adults – growing The Sanctuary into a sustainable worshipping community
Community initiatives – including oversight of a boxing-based outreach programme

This role is funded as part of the £11million awarded to the Diocese of Rochester by the National Church in support of the diocese’s Called Together vision.
