Speldhurst, Groombridge, Ashurst and Langton Green, situated in the beautiful High Weald, are charming and sought after villages nestled in the beautiful countryside near Royal Tunbridge Wells, all within a 3 mile radius of each other, each with their own distinctive character and amenities. We are looking to share a Priest in Charge who:
- is a missional leader prepared to work across two (currently separate) Benefices.
- has experience of managing and leading effective change
- is a confident and prayerful priest, comfortable across the breadth of Anglican tradition
- will be a visible presence in our communities
- will strengthen links between our churches, within our communities, and our village schools
- will grow, develop and lead a pattern of lay leadership
- has a rich and rooted spiritual life
