Church reordering case studies

Many church congregations are thinking about the changes they can make to their church buildings - changes to offer greater flexibility of worship, or to help improve the facilities and welcome they can give to worshippers and visitors.

Where to begin?

These case studies and introductory booklet will hopefully give you the information you need to get started, as well as inspire and encourage you and your church as to what might be possible.

From tea/coffee making facilities and toilets; to glass doors that invite people to come in; major reordering works inside a church and even extensions, the case studies highlight a wide range of projects carried out in the Dioceses of Rochester and Canterbury.

Don’t forget, the Diocesan Advisory Committee (DAC) is always on hand to help congregations and their Parochial Church Councils to get the best results possible and to support you through the process.

Please get in touch with Sarah Anderson, DAC Secretary on: 01634 560 000 or sarah.anderson@rochester.anglican.org

Take a look at our Missional Property Fund, as your project might just qualify for a grant.
